We charge £60 for an initial home or business consultation of 1 hour. Sufficient time to get the vast majority of issues resolved and our customers systems back on track.

After our initial visit and if additional work is required, our rates are a very reasonable £20  per 30 minutes; this rate is available to all our existing customers at any time after an initial consultation.

We will always discuss these charges over the phone before commencing any work and our quotes are provided freely and without obligation.

Rates 

Initial home/business consultation £60 (for the 1st hour) 

Additional 30 minutes service £20 

Callout 

If you require immediate attendance at a PC to resolve an issue then we still only charge £20 per 30 minutes. There is no call out charge but we have a minimum attendance time of 1hour so there is a minimum fee of £40 for the 1st hour.
 

PC Rebuild Service
Get your old PC running like new from £120 (if addition hardware is required then this price will increase: no hardware is added without the customer being consulted)  

Home network/Broadband set up assistance
For £50, this is an ideal service for customers new to broadband. We will set up your wireless router, ensure it is connecting to your broadband service correctly and make sure your wireless network and PC is secure.
